  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We know how exciting it is to wait for something you’ve chosen with care — and that’s why we want you to feel completely at ease. Once your order is ready and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 14 to 25 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow every step of the way — no guessing, no surprises. And if you ever feel unsure, we’re just a message away.
  • Will I have to pay additional taxes on my order?
    If you’re ordering to Israel — there’s no need to worry. All prices on our website include the relevant taxes, and no additional customs or VAT fees will apply.   • How can I track my order?

All you need to do is click on the link in the email, and it will take you to the 17Track website, where you can track the progress of your shipment. When you enter the website, you’ll see an option called Select Carrier – just click on this button. Then, in the search box that appears, type HFD. Once you select HFD, the system will show you all the details of your shipment, so you can follow every step along the way!   • Can I request to leave my order at the entrance?
    Yes, you can choose to have your order left at the entrance of your home, in the electrical cabinet, or with a neighbor. However, please note that by selecting this option, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that might occur after the delivery is made. We want to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition, so we highly recommend choosing a secure spot for the delivery.
